It’s becoming even easier to order in. On Monday, Domino’s Pizza launched ordering on Google Home, the tech giant’s rival to the Amazon Echo.

“We’re proud to once again be the first in our industry, even among the first in e-commerce, to offer ordering via the Google Assistant,” said Dennis Maloney, Domino’s senior vice president and chief digital officer, in a press release. “This is yet another way we are making it easier for our customers to order Domino’s pizza from anywhere they turn.”

Once a consumer creates a “pizza profile” and adds Domino’s to the Google Home app, they can use the platform to place an order, re-order an item or track an order by saying, “Ok Google, talk to Domino’s.” The process is similar to how a consumer would set-up an order from Amazon Echo.

“What you’re seeing with Alexa and Google Home is probably a far more natural way for people to interact with technology over time,” Domino’s CEO Patrick Doyle told Investor’s Business Daily, “and you’re starting to see that accelerate.”

Google Home is the most recent technology platform Domino’s has embraced. Consumers can also order Domino’s from Amazon Echo, Facebook Messenger, Samsung Smart TV, Ford Sync and Apple, Android or Pebble watches. They can also order via text by sending a pizza emoji to DPIZZA.

Google has also recently partnered with NPR Once, NBC News, The Huffington Post, Wall Street Journal and CNBC, among other publications, to deliver news to consumers. For entertainment, Google has given its new product the ability to connect with Netflix and, of course, Google-owned YouTube.

Last Friday, Mercedes-Benz also announced an integration of the Google Home with its vehicles. In 2017, Mercedes-Benz customers will be able to send a destination to their cars, activate heating and cooling systems, find out fuel levels and check that their cars are locked.
