El Polo Loco open in Orem
El Pollo Loco has opened its newest location in Orem, Utah — the brand’s fifth in the state, a news release said. The East University Parkway restaurant is owned and operated by franchise partner W.K.S. Restaurant Corp.
“We are thrilled to continue our expansion in Utah with the help of our trusted franchise partner, W.K.S. Restaurant Corp.,” CEO Steve Sather, said in the release. “WKS exemplifies exactly what we look for in new and existing franchisee relationships, and we look forward to continuing this partnership and opening even more El Pollo Loco restaurants with WKS in the future.”
The 2,995-square-foot restaurant seats 70 and sports the new vision design that features a Mexican-inspired atmosphere with warm textures, rustic elements and an open kitchen layout that allows guests to see El Pollo Loco chicken as it is fire-grilled.
