Dunkin’ Donuts Opens First Waco Location
Waco, TX (RestaurantNews.com) Dunkin’ Donuts today announced that its Waco-based franchise group, Oso Coffee, opened their first of two area Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants on October 11. The restaurant, located at 1200 N. Valley Mills Drive, opened its doors to the public at 5:30 a.m. The new establishment offers Dunkin’ Donuts’ full array of iconic offerings from fresh brewed coffee and iced beverages to delicious bakery treats and sandwiches. As part of the opening day festivities, the first ten guests in line at both the drive-thru and lobby received a $25 Dunkin’ Donuts gift card.
The new Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant will be open daily from 5:30 AM to 10 PM. The restaurant will have comfortable seating and will provide a welcoming environment for guests to enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts’ high-quality food and beverages in a friendly and fun atmosphere.
Guests at Dunkin’ Donuts in Waco will enjoy a complete menu featuring the brand’s freshly-brewed Hot and Iced Coffees along with Espresso, Cappuccino, Lattes and Macchiatos. Dunkin’ Donuts also serves Cold Brew Coffee, prepared by steeping a special blend of coffee in cold water over an extended period of time to extract a uniquely distinctive flavor from the beans. Dunkin’ Donuts will also serve a full lineup of delicious donuts, bakery goods and sandwiches. All Dunkin’ Donuts menu items are always available any time of day, and guests are encouraged to customize their favorite food and beverages.
The Waco restaurant will be operated by Mark Nelson, a longtime Waco resident and graduate of Baylor University. According to Mr. Nelson, “We are thrilled to bring Dunkin’ Donuts’ extensive menu to Waco and hope to soon become a premier destination in the community. My family and I are honored to begin our relationship with Dunkin’ Donuts and share our passion for the brand with the residents in the area.”
OSO Coffee began in 2015 when entrepreneur Mark Nelson partnered with quick service restaurant veteran Brett Spivey, with the goal of providing the Central Texas Area with seven Dunkin’ Donuts locations. Following the opening of the first Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant in Waco, a second Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant is expected to open in College Station in summer of 2017.
